Privacy Policy

Nyasen is a social card-game app — Tiến Lên, Hold'em and Blackjack — played with virtual chips that have no cash value. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account: first and last name, username, email address, and a securely hashed password — or, if you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple gives us (and the email Apple shares, which may be a private relay address).
- Your play: chip balance, results of online hands, skill rating, weekly leaderboard standings, season rewards, achievements, and the private tables you create or join.
- Purchases: the App Store transaction identifiers for things you buy, so we can confirm them and stop them being redeemed twice. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details.
- Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to limit abuse (such as repeated sign-in attempts) and not stored with your account.
If you play offline as a guest, your progress stays on your device and nothing is sent to us.
Advertising
Nyasen shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device information and, only if you allow it when asked, your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. In the EU, UK and other regions where it is required, you are asked for consent before any ad is requested, and you can change that choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also turn off ad tracking in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
When you watch a rewarded ad, Google tells our server the ad was watched, together with your account's identifier, so the reward can be credited to you.
How we use it
- To run your account, keep your chips and progress, and let you play with other people.
- To show leaderboards, which display your username, rating and chips won that week to other players.
- To send emails you need — address verification and password resets. We don't send marketing email.
- To keep the game fair and secure.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
Our servers run on Amazon Web Services in the United States, with backups stored there too. Traffic passes through Cloudflare. Email is sent through Amazon SES. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and purchases are processed by Apple.
How long we keep it
We keep your account for as long as you have it. When you delete it, it is removed from our live systems immediately; copies in our encrypted backups are overwritten as those backups roll over, within 30 days.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, chips, ratings, rewards and private tables. If you have chips on a table in play, leave the table first so they can be paid out. Purchases made through the App Store remain tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on a new account.
Age
Nyasen is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to how it is used. Email support@nyasen.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app.
